Philosophy & Description: Artwork manifesto is based on MRA of the artist / i.e. my MRA is made for this purpose. Author’s head is showcaselly open for purpose to show the world inside of her head literary. And she showed the world what is in it through a series of recordings made by MRA recording. And this is her kind of rebellion against the HR establishment of large and small companies. They give themselves the right to take away your privacy while you are looking for a job, to the extent that they ask you to allow them to scan every segment of your life and to weigh you and to question you in search of a "faithful and good worker". They are the ones who determine if you are good enough. Are you diligent enough? Are you smart enough? The artist gives all her work and says: here, enter my brain and see what is inside as a kind of rebellion against over detailed intimate and forced intrusions into the privacy of HRs and companies that recruit for jobs. Although the artist has 20+ years of work experience in commercial affairs and although she has the highest education and although she has numerous awards and recognitions for her work, she believes that no HR is competent to synthetically determine on someone’s quality based on a portfolio or conversation! Are there any boundary? Do we have right to have privacy in business and in hiring process?
